Any news for orders on broadbanding /rounding off disability percentage for pre 1-1-06 retired pensioners ?

If an officer got admitted in MH in end of year (say Dec) and his hospitalisation(including sick leave) extended into next year, his next year's annual leave 'was' protected by the old rules. Now that will not be the case.

does this mean now the annual leaves can be clubbed?

does it mean we can combine this year 1 month leave (say from 1 dec to 31dec2011)to 31 jan2012( 1month of next year)

Thank god; the wisdom, though belated, prevailed upon some body in the policy making body to remove the TYPICAL BABUGIRI PHRASE from the Leave Rules , now at least!

Sir, I am ex. rect. and was invalided out in 1983. I am getting 20% disability element (earlier it was 100% which later came down to 20%. Sir, my question is whether I entitled for broadbanding i.e. 50%.

Dear Sir,

1. I am a serving officer in Indian Armed Forces with 14 yrs of service and PC.

2. I have two children out of which younger one is 1 and half yrs old. I would be really grateful if you could clarify the following:-

(a) Whether CCL is admissible for me. (Quote Authority please)

(b) I heard an army women officer moving to court for CCL and she was granted CCL after courts order. If you know the case then please update me on the same.

3. An early reply will be highly helpful.

regards,

Pooja

Main problem in India is firstly secularism, officers dividing himself for their benefits, and not for other soldiers. Please get everything for urself if anything left others will accept it. Officers are not trying to similarize their regulations with other ranks, so that they will get benefit in their rights as provided to other ranks, which is to be agreed by officers.
