Bravo. Great and pragmatic views May Navdeep. So proud of you. And yes noted in your picture so many commendations - sort of a record I am sure. Salutes.

I was discharged with pension at the rank of Junior Warrant Officer in 1998 from Indian Air Force and I get the pension of the Sergeant rank which is a LOWER RANK. Some other retirees also get the pension of Lower Rank for not completing 10 months in last rank from which they discharged in spite of the clear clause in 6CPC report and the order to the government from Hon. Supreme Court for payment of pension equal to 50% of the last pay drawn. We have written several mails to different concerned agencies including Ministry of Defence and PMO but PM Mr. Modi, his Defence Minister Mr. manohar Parrikar and their IAS officers sitting in MoD have either remained indifferent or flatly deny us our entitlement of 50% pension on our last pay. Earlier, the response on our mails from the Congress government wasn't any better.
If we are denied our correct pension, how are we paid any OROP?
Thanks.
